3/4 oz. SIX13

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon or Gin (citrus forward)

3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Honey Syrup

1/2 oz. Egg White (or foamer)

instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker

2. Add ice

3. Shake hard to chill and dilute

4. Double strain over ice filled glass
