1/2 oz. SIX13

1 oz. Jameson Whiskey

1/4 oz. Simple Syrup

3 oz. Hot Coffee

1. Combine all ingredients in a warmed Irish coffee glass.

2. Stir gently to combine.

3. Top with maple whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg.

Maple Whipped Cream Recipe:

1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients in a mixer or blend with an immersion blender. Whip for 2–4 minutes, or until soft peaks form.
